Windows 2000 is not supported by Oracle. Some users have been
able to use Windows 2000, however others have had issues with
it. We will assist where possible.

| Internet Explorer Notes: |
- Always allow session cookies.
- Java permissions should be set to medium or lower.
- Check for newer versions of stored pages.

| Firefox Notes: |
The following are known limitations using Firefox 2.0:
- Firefox cannot be used as a browser for SameTime
and QuickPlace.
- OLE and RTF media objects cannot be viewed as embedded
objects.
- Import and export with Microsoft Excel and Word is
not supported.
Other behavioral differences have been observed using
Firefox.
