Below are the basic settings needed on a computer for NIS to work properly. Before you make any changes to your PC be sure to check with your IT Individuals first.

NIS Speed based on CPU
(for web client)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.01 or higher is needed

Citrix users screen resolution must be 1024 x 768
An IP (Internet Protocol) Address associated with your workstation
Third party tool bars (Google or Yahoo toolbars for example) should not be used. They can cause problems signing onto NIS.
