Reminder:

All May batches need to be posted by May 31. That means if you have any batches with a GL date in May they must be posted or deleted and re-entered.

There continues to be some confusion concerning the GL date. If the document has a GL Date (NOT A BATCH DATE) in May, it must post in May. BUT you can prepare documents in May that don't need to be posted until June by using a June GL date. You can start putting GL dates of June any time now and not have to post these documents until June.

It is important for you to know your payment processing cycle... if it takes you 5 days from prepare to post, you should have started using June GL dates Monday. If it takes you 2 days from prepare to post, you need to start using June dates today.
