Do magazine subscriptions need to go through the NIS Procurement process?

Magazines are a commodity that are being received. Therefore, needs to follow commodity statutes. Most magazine subscriptions would be well below the $5,000 agency authority level.

If you are working with a feature involved with NIS and you fail to see an “OK” button or an “add” button, and you believe you are supposed to have this ability, please call your Agency's Authorized Security Agent. They have access to your security profile and have the clearance to start the process to change your security profile as needed. If you are unsure of whom your Agency's Authorized Security Agent is please call the IM Services Help Desk at 402/471-4636. They have a current list and would be happy to provide you with this information.
