All NIS users accumulate messages in their Work Item Manager/Work Center whenever a job has completed, an approval request has been routed to them, or a budget failure occurs on a batch attempting to post.

With increased use of the NIS system these messages need to be purged on a regular basis. We are planning to implement a new policy that all Work Center messages older than 30 days old will be purged.

This includes your Personal In Basket, your Submitted Jobs folder and your Deleted basket. The first purge will begin on Wednesday, February 11th for all messages older than 30 days.
