Mission Statement:  To provide value added service to all State entities through effective teamwork and communication. To fulfill needs in a professional, cost effective, responsive and timely manner and in accordance with state statutes.

AS Materiel Division consists of the following subdivisions:

bulletMail Center - Provide mail distribution to State entities
bulletOffice Supply Bureau - Office supply ordering for State entities
bulletPrinting Services - Provide printing/copy services and copy machines to State agencies
bulletPurchasing - Procurement opportunities and contracts
bullet Recycling - Coordinate recycling efforts in all State operated buildings
bullet Surplus Property - Hold public auctions; manage Statewide inventory

 

Gift Policy

Nebraska Revised State Statute Section 81-161.05 prohibits Materiel Division employees from accepting gifts or anything of value from vendors.   
This is a reminder to vendors regarding this provision.  We appreciate your compliance with this policy and ask that you be mindful of the need for continued compliance.
