Plumbing - Tubs, lifts, toilets, fire suppression systems,
domestic hot water, domestic cold water, and the sanitary sewer system.
Electric - High voltage distribution, 120/220 volt systems, low
voltage control systems, fire alarms, elevators, and air conditioning.
Paint & Carpenter - painting, interior coverings, masonry,
locks, glass, and construction of all types.
Grounds - Mow, irrigate, weed control, liter control, maintain
roads & parking lots, drainage, snow removal, landscaping, and tree care.
Power Plant - Supply steam, generate hot water, monitor fire
alarms, operate the domestic water supply system, repair equipment, and take
requests for emergency service.
