Construction Projects

The State Building Division utilizes the bid process for many of the construction projects that are to large in scale to handle with facility staff. 

Example of the types of construction projects that maybe contracted out are:

Window replacement projects, new building construction, major renovation projects, new boiler installations, major infrastructure upgrades or renovations and roof repairs and replacements just to name a few.

Under Bid Opportunities you will find a list of projects that will be or have been let. This list may not be all inclusive.

Under Bid Results you will find results of bid letting and may also not be all inclusive.

Planning/Construction lists the names of the State Building Division's staff who are engaged in the processes of construction planning. 

Comp. Plan refers the the Comprehensive Capital Facilities 6-Year Plan. In this case it is the 2003 - 2005 Biennium Plan. The pages presented is not the entire plan, but will provide quite a bit of information none the less.
